وضعية الاستغلال والقهر والظلم الاجتماعي والمهني بكل أشكاله ويعملون تحت رعب التهديد بالطرد أو التنقيل التعسفي، حيث يشتغلون في ظروف غير إنسانية 12 ساعة في اليوم وبتعويضات هزيلة والحرمان من العطل السنوية ضدا على القانون ومقتضيات مدونة الشغل الوطنية أجور هزيلة لاتتماشى وحجم ساعات العمل الطوال والمداومة والعمل الليلي وأيام العطل والأعياد والمسؤولية و دون تعويضات حقيقية عن الأخطار المهنية التي تستفيد منها عدة فئات مهنية بالوظيفة العمومية والمؤسسات العمومية.
هؤلاء الحراس يعانون في صمت يتلقون التهديدات كلما نادت جماعة منهم بصوت عالي تطالب بالتغيير والإصلاح وبتحسين ظروف عملها وأوضاعها المادية والمعنوية .
كما إنهم يشتغلون مع شركات يجهلون أصحابها أو من يترأسها كل سنة يحملون إسم لشركة للحراسة غير معروف أصحابها أو حتى مقرها
السؤال الذي يطرح نفسه في كل مرة وفي كل مكان في المغرب فيما يخص قطاع الأمن الخاص أين هي وزارة الشغل من كل هذا؟
وإلى متى إستغلال وقهر الشباب المغربي تحت هذا الصمت والتجاهل؟
إن صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس حفظه الله ورعاه في كل مناسبة وفي كل خطاباته السامية يحت على ربط المسؤولية بالمحاسبة والمسؤولية هنا تتحملها وزارة الشغل عن عدم السهر على تطبيق القانون فيما يخص قطاع الأمن الخاص بالمغرب.

The question that arises every time and everywhere in Morocco with regard to the private security sector, where is the Ministry of Labor of all this?
And for how long to exploit and subjugate Moroccan youth under this silence and neglect?
His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God protect him and preserve him, on every occasion and in all his lofty speeches urges that the responsibility be linked to accountability and responsibility here, and the Ministry of Labor bears responsibility for not overseeing the application of the law in relation to the private security sector in Morocco
